Mr. Wallen is married to Marguerite and they have adult children in Ohio, Washington, Pennsylvania and Florida. He graduated from Ashland College in 1968 with a BA. He received his Masters and Doctorate degrees from United Theological Seminary in 1971 and 1980. He has served 34 years in the pastoral ministry and specialized ministries.
