Chief David B. Webb has been with the department since October 1983, and had previously been on the Wapakoneta Police Auxiliary approximately 16 months prior to his full-time appointment. Chief Webb has an associates degree in criminal justice from Edison State College. He was promoted to Lieutenant in May 1991 and then to Police Chief in October 2002. Chief Webb is married and has two children.
