A lifelong resident and 1996 graduate, Charity brings a wealth of leadership experience to the Council, ranging from a 14-year career in retail management to her current dedicated service as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Otterbein Cridersville. Her diverse background in both business operations and healthcare reflects her deep commitment to service and our community's well-being.
